The 3PL project focuses on advanced multi-warehouse and multi-owner management systems. It uses the C&W Supplier Portal for ASN submissions and supports 3PL activity logging and invoicing. Freight consolidation is planned and compiled through a C&W add-on. The system includes an automated low-bay warehouse (25,000 pallets) and a high-bay warehouse (32,500 pallets) with AGVs for inbound and outbound.
It offers advanced freight loading calculations, automatic pallet stacking, traditional warehouse management with RF control, document creation and automatic owner reporting via scheduling and email.

Together with the WMS, C&W Logistics' Manufacturing Execution System (MES) forms an inseparable duo. MES controls, based on work orders and specifications, the supply, consumption, disposal and export of materials performed by the WMS, as well as recording machine, workstation and labor times. This data is fed back to the ERP system, providing complete transparency and real-time monitoring of production lines, transformation activities and associated quality controls.
Our Warehouse Control System (WCS) is an intelligent control layer that provides a link between the WMS and your material handling systems. It synchronizes the activities of the various material handling systems in the warehouse with available labor capacity and the flow of goods.
Voice picking is an order picking technique where warehouse workers communicate with the WMS system using voice and then receive step by step guidance.
